I (Jesus Christ) have come that they may have life, and they may have it more abundantly. (John 10:10) So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.(Hebrews 9:28)

Salvation

Salvation is meeting God on His terms

Are we ready to meet God? Can we be certain that we will go to heaven when we die?  What does it mean to be saved?  The answers are extremely important. We should carefully evaluate our own life in the light of the following:

God has created every person to live eternally with Him. Sadly, mankind has sinned and forfeited this purpose of God. What are God’s terms?  One must acknowledge their own sinfulness, and that they deserve eternal judgment from God for sin – and believe that the Eternal God has a Divine provision (Divine exchange) on their behalf and accept and receive it by faith. This choice has to be made by each individual. No other human can make this choice on their behalf. Let us analyse and then see what is the Divine provision.

Can our way justify us for salvation?

For by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.(Galatians 2:16).It says our works will not qualify us.
What is God's way to salvation (Eternal life)

The Bible tells us that "Eternal life is that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.(John 17:3)
" For God so loved the world (That is the Love) that He gave His only begotten son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish (that is the law or divine principle) but have everlasting life (that is the life) (John 3:16)
" But God demonstrates His own love towards us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.(Romans 5:8)
" For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave himself ransom for all, to be testified in due time.(1 Timothy 2:5-6)
"For christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God being put to death in the flesh but made alive by spirit."(1 Peter 3:18)
And this is the testimony, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.(1 John 5:11)
" For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ." (1 Thess 5:9)
The above verses tell us that God loved mankind who have not been appointed for God's wrath but to obtain salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ who appeared in flesh and shed His blood for our iniquities and sins.Through His blood we have forgiveness for our sins from God and  are made righteous at the sight of God.By believing in him and accepting God's provison We shall have eternal life.

God who is passionately for righteousness and determined to be against sin must ensure that heaven and hell are finally separated.

What Is reserved for Satan and his followers

Let us look at what the word of God has to say

"Then He will also say to those on the left hand, Depart from Me you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:" And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life (Mathew 25:41-46)

According to the above word, God will judge them and will be cast into the everlasting fire. Those who have been made righteous by the blood of Jesus and have accepted Him as their personal saviour and followed his footsteps while on this earthly journey will be judged according to their deeds and shall be given their due place in the Eternal Kingdom of God.

If So what makes God wait?

Let us Look at the Word of God what it has to say " The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is long suffering (patient) towards us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9)
"Truly: These times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent" (Acts 17:30)
Did you notice the words repentance. It is true that God wants all men everywhere to repent and seek Him for salvation.

Look at these verses and check what is your stand.

"Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12)
"But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name.(John 1:12)
"Behold I stand at the Door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come into Him and dine with Him, and He with Me.(Revelation 3:20)
"That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.for with the heart one believes to righteousness and with the mouth confession is made to salvation. (Romans 10:9-10)

Closing word

God moves in long orbits, out of sight and sound, but He always arrives in His own time. These web posts can become a burning bush and a place where you encounter God. God incited Moses curiosity in order to draw Him to a place where He could disclose himself. And He will do the same for you. In some way He will get your attention, and when He does you will find yourself catching a new glimpse of Him, and realising that His word is making a deeper impression on you than it has done before. Remember God's purposes is to engage you as a partner in His long term plans to bring blessing to others and salvation to this world.

Are you a person to whom God seems far away? Are you worn with sickness? Are you a person to whom forgiving is not easy? Does doubts assail in your hearts? Do you wonder whether God can transform things? Are you in grievous sins? Do you doubt that God is good? Is your marriage fallen? Are there difficulties at home? Are you suffering from a barren womb? Does marriage seems too far away? The Bible tells us the following

" But He was wounded for our transgressions  He was bruised for our iniquities the chastisement for our peace was upon Him and by His stripes we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5)
" Who Himself bore our sins........By whose stripes you were healed. (1 Peter 2:24)
" He sent His word and healed them. And delivered them from their destructions." (Psalms 107:20)

Are you broken hearted? To you let me assure, If you are repentant and are crying, Know that God Hears ! He sides with a people who refuse to accept evil situations and will respond to their cries with compassion and concern and heal.

Closing prayer

Are You willing to offer the following prayer to God Today

Our Loving heavenly Father,

I recognize that i am a sinner. I am lost, and I need to be saved. I know I can't save myself. So right now, I seek your forgiveness. I believe Lord Jesus that you died for my sins and rose up from the dead. I repent and seek thee and invite thee to come into my Heart and Life. I believe and accept thee as my personal saviour and My Lord. In the Name of Jesus I pray.

If you have believed, invited Jesus into your heart and prayed this prayer of faith then what has he given you?

"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God. not of works, lest any one should boast (Ephesians 2:8-9)
